There's too many books and research done on subjects like AIDS - but we have not yet found any cure. What we need to do is first to learn how to get healthy, naturally without the use of drugs, radiation or operation, if possible.

Diseases come when you lose focus on the importance of disease prevention and the aim of healthy living. Help your body, help yourself.

Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food. Your body does not show favour in only utilizing or storing the good foods and rejecting the junk foods. Everything that goes into your mouth affects your health in one way or another.
